On-Demand Training

$848.00

This package offers foundational training in cybersecurity essentials. The package includes HISPI OnDemand Cybersecurity Management Course and the HISPI Examination Bundle to obtain the industry recognized HISP certification.

This phase of the program spans 30 to 90 days and is priced at $848.00 per person. To successfully finish this program, you'll need to undertake the following steps:

  • Engage in the entry-level on-demand HISP certification course.
  • Successfully pass the entry-level on-demand CMS certification examination.
  • One complementary mentoring session One-on-one with a seasoned cyber GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) professional.

5-day Instructor led Advanced Training

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Requirements

Upon achieving HISP certification, it is essential to maintain it by accruing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits as outlined below:

Total CPEs: A cumulative total of 90 CPEs (20 minimum per year) must be earned by the conclusion of a three-year certification cycle. Additionally, an Annual Membership Fee of US$50 is due each year throughout the three-year certification cycle, prior to the annual anniversary date.

Group 1 Credits (Direct Domain-Related Activities)
Sixty out of the 90 required CPE credits must originate from Group 1 activities, which directly relate to the information security profession and associated frameworks. These activities may include completion of courses or engagements related to ISO 27000, ISO 20000, COBIT, ITIL, COSO, NIST, and Security Regulations.

Group 2 Credits (Professional Skills Activities)
The remaining CPE credits can be earned through Group 2 activities, which focus on enhancing overall professional skills, education, knowledge, or competency. These may include participation in professional development programs, such as speaking engagements, management courses, and conference sessions related to fields such as forensics and anti-money laundering.
